The HB1830 is a significantly larger locking bolt that is made from solid brass and is able to be key locked with a standard euro cylinder providing additional security for sliding doors and windows. The locking bolt can be mounted to the top or bottom of doors depending on door detail. The cylinder position however will not change and therefore if the bolt is mounted to the top of the door the cylinder will appear 'upside down'.
